Terrazzo Stone

The origins of Terrazzo can be found in ancient Egypt, but were perfected by the Venetians in the 16th Century. A composite made from chunks of marble, quartz, glass and granite in a cement, it became trendy again in 1930’s American Art Deco buildings.
